NEW CLIENTS…

please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early for paperwork. We are in the hollywood professional building, Located at the corner of Hancock and 40th. After 5pm/weekends use call box (# and then 208) at main entrance to buzz yourself in. Your paperwork will be waiting outside our suite.

 

CANCELATION POLICY…

 A credit card is required to book ALL appointments. By entering your card number in our secure system, it ensures that you have read + understand our 24 hour CANCELATION POLICY. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment. A fee of 50% of treatment price is associated with late cancel, and a fee of 100% will be applied to no show/no calls. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment time to avoid the late cancelation fee. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check spam folder or please call to verify if your appointment is secure.

 

RESCHEDULING…

any appointment with a late arrival time of 10 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled.  As a courtesy, please notify us if you are running late for your appointment.

 GROUPON…

(NEW CLIENTS ONLY)

all fine print applies. If your Groupon is expired, you will be expected to pay the difference. Check out our NEW CLIENT SPECIAL for similar offers.
