Notes + Frequently Asked Questions ....

* If you are new to GinCare, please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early for paperwork + consultation. We are in the hollywood professional building, and the building can easily be overlooked so please allow time to find us and find parking. If your appointment is after 5pm or on the weekend please note that you will need to buzz yourself into the building. We will most likely be in session when you arrive, so please fill out the paperwork (it will be left for you outside our suite) feel free to have a seat at the end of the hall. 

 

* Please contact us if you need assistance in choosing the right service for you. We offer A NEW CLIENT SPECIAL, to try out our services at an intro rate. Please read on in the service descriptions for more details. We look forward to seeing you soon! Please note that you will be expected to pay for the service you've booked.

 

*Our time with each client is very important. To avoid missing your appointment please make sure the "confirmation reminders" box is checked when booking. This will ensure you'll be notified when your appointment is made and give you a reminder 48hrs before the start time. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment time to avoid late cancelation fees. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please call to verify if your appointment is secure.

 

*  A credit card is required to book ALL appointments. By entering your card number in our secure system, it ensures that you have read + understand our 24 hour CANCELATION POLICY. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment. A fee of 50% of treatment price is associated with late cancel, and a fee of 100% of the treatment will be applied to no show/no calls. Any client with 2 no show/no calls will need to prepay for appointments in the future. 

 

*To ensure quality treatments, it's our policy that any appointment with a late arrival time of 10 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled.  As a courtesy, please notify us if you are running late for your appointment.

 

*We no longer work with Groupon but will accept a voucher that is unused, please note that Groupon is for first time clients only and has an expiration date. Unfortunately, we no longer make exceptions for expired Groupons. However, all the fine print still applies. So the promotional value is the only thing that expires, meaning you can still apply what you paid to your treatment, but you will be expected to pay the difference. 

 

*We love referrals from our lovely clients. Please feel free to tell your friends about our NEW CLIENT TREATMENT, and you'll receive a $10 credit to use at your next appointment.
